Appointments & scheduling

Guidance on booking your first visit and planning follow-up sessions.

How do I book my first appointment?

Submit the enquiry form on our contact section, call us, or visit the appointment page to share your preferred dates and therapy needs. Our coordinator responds within 24 hours.

Do you offer home visits or tele-rehab?

Yes. Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy home visits are available within Jalandhar city. We also arrange tele-consults for progress reviews and caregiver coaching when in-person visits are not possible.

How long is each session?

Physiotherapy and neuro rehab sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. Speech therapy, ABA and occupational therapy sessions run 40–60 minutes depending on the programme. We review duration during your assessment.

Care plans & outcomes

Understand what progress tracking looks like across our programmes.

How do you measure progress?

We use standardised assessments such as GMFM, PEDI, FIM, language samples and strength tests. Outcomes are reviewed with families every four weeks and plans are updated collaboratively.

Can parents observe paediatric sessions?

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to observe select sessions and participate in training blocks so home practice stays aligned with therapy goals.

Do you coordinate with schools or doctors?

Yes. With consent, we liaise with paediatricians, neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons and school counsellors to ensure continuity of care and share progress reports.

Payments & logistics

Information on fees, insurance and what to bring along.

Do you accept insurance or reimbursements?

We provide detailed invoices and clinical summaries that can be used for insurance reimbursement or employer health plans. Direct cashless insurance processing is not available at this time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers and major debit/credit cards. Monthly therapy packages can be set up for long-term programmes such as ABA or neuro rehab intensives.

What documents should I bring?

Please bring previous medical reports, prescriptions, imaging and assistive devices. For paediatric sessions, school assessments or IEP reports help us tailor intervention plans quickly.
