FAQs
Answers to common questions from patients starting physiotherapy for pain relief.
How soon will I feel relief?
Many patients report reduced pain within the first 3–4 sessions. Long-term gains occur when manual therapy is paired with consistent exercise and ergonomic changes.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
A referral note is recommended after surgery or when multiple conditions are present. For chronic pain, our team can coordinate with your orthopaedician for updated investigations if required.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows full movement. Please carry recent imaging, braces or orthotics you currently use.
